Guests must complete an online check-in form for each guest before the keys are handed over.

We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest, but some activities are not allowed in the apartment or in the community we are part of:

- Smoking

- Hanging towels or clothing over the balcony/terrace railing

- Reserving sun loungers at the pool

- Using towels to remove makeup or sunscreen

- Sitting on the lounge chairs in swimwear

Please also:

- turn off the air conditioning when away

- remove all trash and food waste before check-out and place it in the street-side bins.

Car Rental

A rental car is by far the most commonly used means of transportation on the island.

Prices per day can vary greatly depending on the season. Therefore, compare carefully and book in advance.

All important car rental companies have an office at the airport.

Atlas Car Rental has an office down the street, in front of Hard Rock Hotel.

We recommend Autoreisen.

Bus

There is a bus stop named "El Aljibe" from bus line 471 in front of the main entrance of our building. This bus travels from Playa Paraiso over Fañabe, Costa Adeje and Las Americas to Los Cristianos. You can find the actual time table online in this link:  TITSA Bus line 471

Taxi

A taxi trip from/to the airport costs around 45-50€. There are always plenty of taxis at the exit of the Airport.

If you need a taxi at the apartment, you can call Taxi Adeje Central at +34 922 979 293 or walk 300 meters down the street to the Taxi Stop in front of Hard Rock Hotel.

Uber

Since mid-June 2023, Uber is also operating in Tenerife.

Currently, you can only reserve the luxury version, Uber Black, and they are still actively recruiting drivers.

An Uber Black ride from/to TFS Airport was offered at 70-75€.

Shuttle Service

Please contact us if you need a shuttle service back to the airport.

Playa Paraíso is a great base in the sunny south of Tenerife for guests who want a relaxed holiday with plenty to do nearby. The area is ideal for beach lovers, couples, families and friends looking to combine comfort, sea views and easy access to the island’s best attractions.

Top things to do include Siam Park, one of the world’s best water parks, and whale and dolphin watching from nearby Puerto Colón, Costa Adeje or Los Cristianos. Guests also love spending time on the beaches of Playa del Duque, Fañabé, Torviscas and Playa de Ajabo, where they can swim, sunbathe or enjoy beach bars and restaurants.

For dining and sunsets, La Caleta is a favourite with its relaxed coastal atmosphere and excellent seafood restaurants. Nature lovers should not miss Barranco del Infierno, a scenic hiking trail with dramatic views and waterfalls, or a day trip to Teide National Park, home to Spain’s highest peak and one of Tenerife’s most iconic landscapes.

Other popular excursions include Los Gigantes with its dramatic cliffs, Masca for a spectacular mountain drive, and boat trips, snorkelling, diving, jet-skiing and paddleboarding along the coast. Guests who enjoy shopping and nightlife can head to Costa Adeje, while those seeking local charm can explore nearby villages and markets.

The south of Tenerife is known for its warm climate, calm sea and wide choice of activities, so most visitors spend their days doing a mix of beach time, boat excursions, scenic drives, hiking, dining out and family-friendly adventures. Don’t miss a sunset drink in La Caleta, a visit to local markets, or a scenic coastal walk at sunset.

Playa Paraíso offers a quieter setting, but with everything within easy reach.
